Ilya Slavinski

Ilya Slavinski is the Program Associate for the Texas Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) where his work focuses on standing up to powerful specials interests on behalf of the Texas public. His academic research has focused on the role of collective action, social movements, and civil society in social change. He has previous experience at the Eagleton Institute of Politics and working on Youth Development with AmeriCorps. Ilya recieved his Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University and his Master's Degree from the London School of Economics in Non-Governmental Organizations and Development.
